I had the pleasure of having Steven list my home. I had been trying to sell it on my own as I had bad experiences with other realtors in the past. Steven came by and asked if he could take a look. He did not pressure me into listing my home. He gave me advice only when I asked for it and was very patient with all of my questions I had about trying to sell. He took me through homes and always had time for me and my family while I was trying to sell it on my own.

Selling and buying a home was a very stressful time for me. Steven has a natural way of making you feel comfortable and has a very relaxed attitude. He always made the time for us and no question was a stupid one. Although I am sure some of ours were!!! Because of all this I decided to have him take over my listing for me. It was the best choice I have ever made and it changed my life in so many positive ways. I don’t think I could ever find the words to express my gratitude. Not only did my house sell, I got more than what I had listed my home for on my own.

I haven’t had the pleasure of dealing with his wife, Marnie but I have met her once and she struck me as being very much the same way. I am sure having the two of them working for you would only be double the greatness!!!

I would recommend Steven Martin to anyone needing a realtor. Fortunately for us, Steven happened to be on office duty the day we walked into his office. Throughout the process of purchasing our home, Steven seemed to enjoy helping us any way he could.

Steven’s patients and cheerful humour never wavered as we travelled through one house after another. I also appreciated that Steven never tried to pressure us, or convince us to buy a specific house, he just showed them pointing out important positive and negative features, and answered the questions he could.

In the end, we both enjoyed the time we spent with Steven and purchased the best home our family could afford. If we need a realtor again, we wouldn’t even consider anyone else.
